Please note that our center is open by appointment only, and we are not able to accommodate new patients on a walk-in basis.
In an abundance of caution and consideration for patients, staff, and the community, we have made the decision to suspend in-person services at KCCAT, with a transition to tele-health effective immediately through at least March 27. We are still accepting and enrolling new patients during this time, in addition to continuing care plans for our active patients. There may be a slightly longer delay in your assigned clinician reaching out, but we will do our best to minimize disruptions in our usual procedures. For more information on our response to the SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19 situation, please read our announcement (which is being kept updated).
A New Patient/Resource Request Screening Form is the first step to getting started in obtaining services or resource suggestions from our center. The screen gives us a starting snapshot of your situation and needs so that we can most efficiently be of assistance. Screens are reviewed promptly by our team, then assigned to an available staff member fitting your needs. A clinician or clinic coordinator will contact you directly to discuss scheduling or reviewing resource options we believe may be helpful to you.
Our New Patient/Resource Request Screening Form can be completed online at your convenience—day or night! Our team will review and follow up to discuss scheduling, additional resources, or any questions you may have.
If you need—or would prefer—to complete the screen over the phone, please call (913) 649-8820 and select Option 1 to leave a voicemail with your contact information; a member of our intake staff will typically be able to return your call to complete the screen within 24-48 hours.
