Support Groups

If someone you care about has been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder at any age, and you are looking for better ways to help them, as well as manage your own response to their illness, then this group may be for you. This is a free group open to the community!

Meets monthly on the first Thursday, 6:00-7:00 PM Central Time, virtually on Google Meet. Join the email list for the Friends & Family group to receive your invite. Open to the public!

Join us for a fun, encouraging, and motivating support group for adults. This no-cost group is open to current or former KCCAT patients with OCD or other anxiety diagnoses.

Meets monthly on the third Wednesday, 6:00-7:00 PM Central Time. This group is in held virtually on Google Meet. Join the email list for the Adult group to receive your invite. For current or former patients only.
